Join us for an immersive and collaborative artistic experience where poets and painters come together to engage in a dynamic exchange of creativity. During this workshop, poets will share their written works with local painters, who will then respond to these poems by creating original paintings inspired by the themes, emotions, and imagery within the poetry. Following the creation of each painting, the poets will in turn respond to the artwork by crafting new poems that explore and interpret the visual elements and concepts depicted in the painting. This process of reading and responding will continue throughout the duration of the workshop, fostering a dialogue between the written word and visual expression.
